I’ve stumbled upon your IG profile when I first discovered the fitness
IG community and I found it to be one of the most down to earth,
informative and motivating accounts. I’ve been following you for quite
some time. I decided to take steps towards a better lifestyle and build a
better body a year ago, I completed a beachbody workout program called
Focus T25 and I was very pleased with the results. However I’ve been
through an unpleasant personal life experience that caused me to stop
exercising and neglect my diet (it’s absolutely not an excuse just
telling you the facts). I have gained all my weight back and put on even
more than when I started in September last year.

This summer, I was
living in Paris, not in my home, not in my comfort zone, to attend a
prep-class for the bar exam that I am taking in 5 days and I thought it
was going to be impossible to find a way to get back on track with all
the classes, all the studying and not being in my element. But I was
feeling so terrible that I still wanted to try. I started back on the
T25 program and two days in the program you posted on your IG that you
were releasing your ebook. I took it as a new challenge and a fresh
start and it was the perfect fit because I needed quick workouts that
could be done from home. I believe that everything happens for a reason
and the fact that your ebook came out at that specific time of my life
has impacted me in so many ways.

Not only have I noticed incredible
physical results, but I have been feeling more energized which allowed
me to focus even more on my studies. The intensity of the workouts was
the perfect release for those hours of studying and frustration. It
allowed me to sleep better. I’ve been feeling happier, was able to be
very positive about every situation I was facing, I was one of the (if
not the) least stressed out students in my class – people kept asking me
how I could be so calm when we had so much ahead of us. This past month
has been life changing and I can’t thank you enough. You’re full of
joy, happiness and selflessness. You’re always here to whisper a
motivational word and keep us going.

Once
upon a time I was a cardio queen. I started working at a gym my senior year in
high school, which led to my first ever experience with exercise. I never played sports
growing up, but I quickly found that 30-45 minutes on the elliptical after
work was helping me drop the pounds. I lost 25 pounds from January to May and
graduated feeling and looking better than I ever had before!

About
a year later, still exercising and watching my nutrition, I realized that
I hadn’t really changed much at all…a year long plateau. I started
researching and looking for motivation online. I knew from research that I
needed to start lifting weights but I had no earthly idea how to build my dream
body -curves made of muscle. Then somehow, I stumbled across your blog. You
literally encompassed not only the PERFECT body, but also a demeanor and determination that
brightened my own outlook everyday. This was a couple of years ago, so at that
time, everything was free and explained each day. I was nervous about going
into the weight room and had no idea how to do anything. You changed that, and
therefore changed ME. I started lifting weights and focused on form over
weight, mainly just praying to be able to get through the workouts alive! Then
I began to follow your bikini body workout and that is when the results really
became noticeable to myself and the others around me.
I
am now 21 years old with a strong body, mind, and spirit and I am not just
saying this…it all began with you. You have inspired me and continue to
inspire me every day through your optimistic posts and stories. Although I do
not know you personally, I know in my heart you are as genuine a person as you
convey in your work. I have purchased several of your programs to spice up my
routines and just to support you in general! I wish you the best of luck in
life, love, and following your passion. Sometimes, when I felt like giving up,
I thought of you. I hope that in your new journey, wherever your decisions may
take you, you remember that you DO make a difference, and are appreciated by
many.
I
hope this helps on some level, if not to just serve as a thank you for
everything you’ve done for shy girls who don’t know how to step foot in a
weight room. I walked in timid, but I walked out a champion, you ROCK LG!! 😀

I
just saw your post and wanted to jump all over this because you have inspired
me more than any other person in my fitness journey. Even before my second
pregnancy I followed your blog and saw great progress! This time around, I have
followed your blog workouts as well as your positive Instagram posts for
motivation to stay on track. Your workouts are always super challenging and
force me out of my comfort zone. I literally always feel like my body is going
to bust apart when I do your workouts (haha!) but the results have been fantastic.
I couldn’t thank you enough for your willingness to share your tips with
others. I find you extremely knowledgeable and genuine. I am forever thankful
for you!

I’ve been following you from
the beginning and ironically the start if your blogging journey had been the
start of my fitness journey. Now I don’t accredit all of my success only to
your blog, although it absolutely did a lot, I do think your motivation,
consistency, tips, and the overall way you live your life kept me going the
past two years. I was an active teen who let myself go, but two years ago I
turned it around using your blog and many other resources, have competed in 2
half ironman races since, I run on the crosscountry team for my university,
have placed too 10 at a major half marathon, and live a much more happy healthy
life. I truly do thank you for keeping me accountable and being a piece of this
journey. I love your blog because it is realistic. Especially being a student
it is impossible to afford fancy trainers, and crazy expensive “health
food” you keep it simple with no tricks or ploys and i know I can trust
you, so thanks! I’m just 10 days out from my 3rd half ironman triathlon and am
hoping to place in my age group. I’ve signed up for the full ironman canada
next year and I’ll continue to be inspired by YOU! My Instagram account is
@shellsmaria I’ve never posted a progress picture because it has always been
very personal to me. But I thank you so much and hope this inspires other girls
to achieve their goals !  Thanks a million plus 1

Thank you
so much for everything you do! You and your e-books have changed my life! I
started Fit for Life after feeling lost trying to get in shape on my own. I
have always been a skinny person, but I started to feel less confident when I
noticed that my body was hanging onto more fat that I have ever been used to. I
needed some direction on how to start taking care of myself so that I can be
healthier and happier! I saw your blog on Pinterest and knew that this was the
one! I enjoyed your meal plan, although I was more focused on the exercises. I
am a lot like you in that this wasn’t a big dramatic before and after picture
kind of thing, but I have learned how to take care of myself and be the best me
that I can be (I did lose 7 lbs, which is pretty great!). And may I say I have
a pretty rockin’ bod to go along with my new attitude!  😉 here is my week
1 to week 12 picture.
Thank you
again so much and I hope this helps you!

I
found out about the blog through a good friend, I was doing a nutrition and
wellness presentation and I needed some inspiration. So she got me the Fit for
Life 12 week at home workout and meal plan. I was also on the hunt for a
workout plan that I could stick with. So I immediately went to Walmart for all
the supplies and got started that night. My story isn’t a very big story I have
always been fairly active I played soccer in middle school and I ran cross
country all 4 years of high school, I wasn’t in terrible shape I just wanted to
build my body up. I got hurt almost every year of cross country with knee,
ankle, shin injuries. So I figured my best bet was to do the weight and
resistant training to make myself stronger. I have absolutely LOVED these
workouts, the different phases have been great the ebook is fantastic my
favorite part is the pictures of each workout so you know exactly what your
form should look like. My progress has been more than I ever imagined was
possible, I started out just wanting abs (like most people) and I’m almost done
with my 12 week plan and I want to tone every muscle group possible! To give an
idea of my upper body before I began I had no upper body muscle what so ever,
so my upper body has improved tremendously. I love all the pictures,
motivation, videos, etc. It helps me wonderfully and the motivation seems to
always be exactly what I need. I greatly appreciate everything you have done
for me. I have had tons of people ask about my progress and I get so excited to
tell them all about you!

Srolling
through Pinterest one day, I happened across a pin for Lauren’s 30×30 Fat Loss
Shred. I clicked over to her blog and was hooked. Her sweet, down-to-earth,
honest writing plus my type of approach to fitness was exactly what I was
looking for. As a female who just wants to be fit but not looking to go to
crazy with being super restrictive or totally gung-ho about my weight-loss
program, 30X30 fits. It allows me to be human, encourages the process to be
fun, and the results will come.
I
am a total visual person plus need some fun in my accountability (both self and
public). I love that she includes step by step photos, humor, and a great
tracking sheet. I’m a few days into the program and know that I will see
it through because it is that good. Additionally, Lauren answers any questions
you have, is encouraging, and someone I’m glad to have on my fit journey with
me.
Thanks
lady, truly, you are an inspiration!

I just wanted to share how
your blog has changed my life! I honestly found a pin on Facebook, and I wanted
to find out workouts to begin weight lifting at the gym. My father is all about
eating organically and gluten-free, and my brother is a power lifter. I just
wanted change to have a healthier lifestyle. When I found your blog, I just
came home from living 4 hours away at school. I was unhappy with how I looked
and how I felt when I was upset that my size 2 jeans did not fit. I gained 15
pounds away from school. I began to do some cardio and bodypump classes at the
gym where I work, Bodyplex Fitness in Grayson, Ga. But I did not want to be
like every other girl at the gym to just do cardio. I never saw results. Your
blog not only helped me with workouts, but also healthy eating. You are also
such an inspiration, so I began to be more motivated to be happy with how I
look and who I am! I  have been reading your blog every single day for the
past year! I have dropped 10lbs! Not only am I happy with seeing results, I’m
happy with the woman I have become because I am comfortable in my own skin.
Your blog has helped me on the outside, but my inner beauty as well. Thank you
so much for inspiring me! I’m so grateful that I found your blog on Pinterest.
I also follow you on Instagram! Thank you also for spotlighting me on your
Instagram!

I
began my fitness journey a few years back with the help of no one. I was
clueless and based my success off of how much I weighed and not how I felt. As
the number on the scale lowered, the happier I was. Over a short amount of time
the number continuously dropped. But so did my energy level and my happiness. I
enjoyed being thin but, I went about it entirely the wrong way. My hair was
thinning, my nails were brittle and my skin was breaking out. I should I have
stopped when all that began. I tried but, when I looked in the mirror and saw
the thin body I had wanted, I didn’t.
It
was my own fault I hadn’t sought advice on the proper way to become physically
fit in the beginning. I was not fat, I just wanted to become tone. I figured
tone meant less weight. And in order to see a lesser number on the scale, you
eat less. So I ate less. A LOT less, and I ran, A LOT more. I only ran and did
abs. EVERYDAY. And again, in my mind I was right where I needed to be.
Over
time, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I became moody, unhappy and depressed. Not
only was I killing myself, I was breaking the hearts of the ones that loved me
the most. They were concerned and worried for my issue. I began reading about
the proper way to workout and eat. I was constantly on pinterest reading new
clean eating recipes. And that is when I came across Lauren’s blog. I was
immediately intrigued. It was a girl my age who was fit, happy and self
motivating! Exactly where I wanted to be! I began following her blog and from
that day, I have followed Lauren’s blog religiously, read all of her books and
take to heart every word of advice she gives. There is no medication to give
for one who suffer’s from BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder). Luckily, I found my
medication. Because of Lauren’s books, daily advice and kind words of wisdom, I
am back on healthy path and fit lifestyle.
Lauren,
I am sure when you began blogging about your fitness lifestyle, you did not
think it would be as successful as it has been. Most bloggers base their
success off of the number of clicks on a page or how many viewers they have.
Please know, that your success goes way past a click. You truly and unknowingly
help me, and I could not thank you enough for that! You have given me a new
light on how to be healthy, fit and self confident. I am able to enjoy my life
again, with a smile! I am so glad to hear you are following your dreams and
helping so many others along the way.
Thank
you for putting me on the right path and for giving me a since of hope.

I bought your Fit for Life
ebook. It is by far my favorite fitness ebook and I’ve bought quite few. The
meals were great, the week by week plan was fantastic. The pictures helped with
my form! I can’t wait to buy 30×30! P.S your blog is my go to for a
fitness/inspiration pick me up!

I
just recently bought your Total Body Transformation book! I literally am still
only working through week one and I can already notice a difference in my body
and energy levels! I love that the workouts aren’t repetitive and they are
certainly not boring! I also love that they truly are for any level. Truly a
wonderful work out program and I will certainly be doing your 30×30 fat loss
shred next!

I
ordered your home and gym workout plans so that I could follow your plan even
if I couldn’t make it to the gym. I was in a car wreck a few years back. Hit
head on by a drunk driver. My patella tendon was severed, my quad was punctured
and I had a lot of atrophy. I broke both wrists and had a bunch of internal
injuries as well. I lost a lot of muscle and gained fat as well.
While I did manage to secure a hefty compensation from the drunk driver
and his company, courtesy of Dallas Car Wreck Attorneys, I realized it wasn’t enough.
I had lost so much weight and muscle mass, I looked horrible and getting back
in shape was the only thing that could make me feel better.
That’s when I came across you on Insta and decided to emulate your success.
I just finished phase 2. I have started to see real results the workouts were so
wonderful. I loved how you put everything together. The visuals helped a ton as
well. I have really began to strengthen my quads which were hurt in the wreck
as well as gain strength in my arms. I had broke both wrists. I love following
you on insta. You are such a positive shinning star.
