Tip of the Day: ALL WOMEN DESERVE TO KNOW HOW GOOD THEIR BODIES ARE CAPABLE OF FEELING! Too many women go through life without really knowing how great they can look and feel. How do I know? Because a few years ago, I was one of them! Over the past few years, I’ve found personally and helped others discover how healthy living can lead us to become in tune with ourselves…how we feel, what we desire, and what we really need to feel fulfilled. All of that sounds great, but how do we go about achieving that in our own lives? We start with small steps!
The First 3 Steps to Take To Your Best Self:
(1) COMMIT – to achieve, we must commit. Instead of committing to the process, commit to the goal. If one plan doesn’t work out, there’s always another to try. After all, there are many ways to get the job done! Commit to your goals no matter how many tries it takes to get there!
(2) SEE IT – if you can’t see yourself in possession of what you’re desiring, it’s going to be much more difficult to get there. Allow your dreams to play in your mind daily. The more comfortable you can get with the idea of actually having your dream body, of waking up with energy, of being in a fulfilling relationship, etc., the more likely that will happen! Dare to dream big and see yourself living those dreams!
(3) DECLARE & SHARE – the two prior steps all exist within ((unless you’re old-fashioned like me who enjoys making vision boards & writing down goals)) but even that is just paper and ink. In order to make stuff happen and to see results, we must do! The best way to hold yourself accountable to doing is to declare what you intend to do and share your declaration with friends and family. Plus, this builds your support group to help you as you start achieving!
