Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/4-1/2 banana
-2-3 small-medium sized strawberries
-1/3 cup oats
-2 tbsp ground flax
-8-10 almonds
-1/2 cup ice
-1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
-1 scoop exotic peach mango HumaPro protein (may sub with a vanilla or berry flavored protein)
Prep:
