AM: 30min cardio
PM: Shoulders & Triceps (a little rearranging of my schedule in order to fit stuff in before I leave tomorrow)
Shoulders:
-dumbbell shoulder press
-rear delt cable pulls with handles
Giant set (low reps of each – for a pump & burnout):
-lateral raises right into front raises (counts as one set before pausing)
-arnold style dumbbell shoulder press
-lateral dumbbell holds
Triceps:
-dumbbell kickbacks
-superset with dumbbell overhead extensions (one dumbbell in each hand)
-overhead cable extension with rope
-superset with cable rope pushdowns
-abs
