Shoulders:
-dumbbell shoulder press (warm up pictured)
-barbell upright row (pictured)
-dumbbell lateral raises
-superset dumbbell front raises
-rear delt cable pulls
Triceps:
-cable pushdowns with rope
-cable pushdowns with handles (reverse grip)
-cable kickbacks
From pull ups yesterday, my chest got incredibly sore – too sore to hit today, so I threw in a few sets of shoulders since they recover the fastest for me!
