Shoulders + Glutes

This is a total curves made of muscle workout. The training combination of shoulders and glutes is one of my favorite and there are so many great exercises that work both muscle groups.

My Training Recommendation: complete 1 set of each movement in today’s blog post Shoulders + Glute workout then the full Week 1 Isolated Glute + Cardio workout from the Glute Guide


TRAINING TIPS:

  • This workout contains 4 supersets (a superset is when you complete 2 exercises back to back with no rest in between)
  • Complete each superset 3x before moving onto the next
  • Intensity Increase Option: complete 4 rounds of each superset instead of 3
