Shoulders, Glutes, Abs & Cardio (Week of Fat Loss 3.0) – 5/30

Shoulders:
-Dumbbell shoulder press
-Dumbbell side lateral raises
     superset with dumbbell side lateral partial raises
-High cable rear delt pulls
     superset with dumbbell rear delt flyes
-Cable front raises with straight bar

Glutes:
-Kettle bell stiff legged deadlifts
     superset with kettle bell swings
-Dumbbell side step ups
     superset with box jumps

Abs:
-Cable rope crunches
     superset with cable rope crunches

Cardio:
-15 min steady state cardio
