Shoulders & Glutes – 1/31

Shoulders:
-Seated smith machine military press
-Dumbbell side lateral raises
     superset with plate front raises
-Upright cable rows
-Rear delt pec dec machine

Glutes:
-Dumbbell sumo squats
     superset with dumbbell sumo squat pulses
-Dumbbell side step ups
-Barbell glute bridges

Tip of the Day: The pace of your music = the pace of your workouts. I’m sure we’re all in agreement that when we want to relax and unwind to music, the music style would be slow-paced and soothing. So, when you’re ready to kick it into high gear in the gym, shouldn’t your music reflect this?! I totally find myself pushing a little harder and running a little faster when my music is at a quick pace! I previously shared my favorite playlist (slightly outdated now), which keeps me at a pace where I’m constantly working hard! Try it out for yourself and see how fast paced songs change your workout!
