Shoulders:
-warm up (all movements with 5lb dumbbells)
-dumbbell press
-cable upright row with rope
-rear flys on pec dec machine
-superset with rear flys with dumbbells
-lateral raise machine
-abs
-15min cardio
Operation: curves made of muscle & capped delts is in full effect 🙂
Loving my body with more of a shape – the only way to get curves that don’t
giggle, sag, or have dimples is to put on muscle…hit the weights ladies!
