Shoulders:
-warm up sets with 5lb dumbbells (always a must with shoulders)
-dumbbell press
-rear delt fly machine
-side laterals with plates
-superset with front lateral raises
-barbell upright row
-abs
-15min cardio
TIP OF THE DAY: Stay hydrated! Hydration is not just important during your workouts, but just as important prior and after working out – as well as all throughout the day. Every morning, I fill up a gallon jug with water and from there, I pour water into my shaker when needed; this helps me keep track of exactly how much water I’ve taken in and how much I have left to go!
