Shoulders:
-smith machine shoulder press
-barbell upright rows
-dumbbell side lateral raises
-cable rope pulls for read delts
-bent over dumbbell rear delt flys
TIP OF THE DAY: Cardio on vacation. I highly recommend keeping up with cardio on vacation for 3 reasons! 1) cardio is easy to take along with you wherever you go. Pack a pair of running shoes and you’re good to go – running, walking, swimming, plyos, etc. are all great ways to get in a workout & no equipment is needed! 2) It gives your muscles some rest! Taking a few days of active rest (no weight training) really gives your muscles time to rest, recover, and GROW! 3) Endorphins. Any type of exercise can give you an endorphin rush, but cardio does it best for me. What’s better than feeling great on vacation?!
