Shoulders – 10/26

Shoulders:
-standing Arnold dumbbell press
-cable front raises with straight bar
-dumbbell lateral raises
-seated bent over rear delt flys

-abs

TIP OF THE DAY: Find it hard to end a meal? You know you shouldn’t be snacking between meals, so you never want the meal to end and you just keep consuming food; even if it’s healthy, clean food, overeating and consuming excess calories is a problem and can lead to weight gain. Try brushing your teeth immediately after a meal. This will mark the end of a meal and eating, and the minty fresh taste in your mouth will hopefully curb your cravings. The greatest strength you need to work up is walking out of the kitchen!

Very early morning workout today! I took my N’Gorge NOS 20min prior & Chain’d Reaction with my HumaPro pre as well; I NEVER lift weights on an empty stomach! Black leopard shoes today 😉

Going home to Houston, TX today through Tuesday evening for a relaxing vacation with my family – warm weather, pools, beautiful shops, pumpkin carving, pets, and family. I live for this 🙂 Beauty of a membership at Snap Fitness – you have gyms in almost every city, and the Snap there is GREAT; hoping to get in some good workouts with my dad & outdoor cardio in the southern sun!
