TIP OF THE DAY: Find it hard to end a meal? You know you shouldn’t be snacking between meals, so you never want the meal to end and you just keep consuming food; even if it’s healthy, clean food, overeating and consuming excess calories is a problem and can lead to weight gain. Try brushing your teeth immediately after a meal. This will mark the end of a meal and eating, and the minty fresh taste in your mouth will hopefully curb your cravings. The greatest strength you need to work up is walking out of the kitchen!
Very early morning workout today! I took my N’Gorge NOS 20min prior & Chain’d Reaction with my HumaPro pre as well; I NEVER lift weights on an empty stomach! Black leopard shoes today 😉
