Shoulders – 10/2

Shoulders:
-standing dumbbell press
-dumbbell lateral raises
     -superset with dumbbell front raises
-seated Arnold style press
-bent over rear delt dumbbell flys

TIP OF THE DAY: Arnold Style shoulder press how to. Sit in an upright bench and begin with your palms facing you with arms in front of body (dumbbells at shoulder position). Rotate arms as you push the dumbells above head, ending with palms facing away from you and hands overhead. Return to starting position by rotating palms towards you again. I love this exercise – just be sure to go through the movement slowly and allow that rotation to flow smoothly.
