(1) FRUIT: I thought ordering fruit for a snack would be a healthy option; however, fruit is a carbohydrate, naturally taking in water, which may lead to a bloated belly and did in my case!
(2) SODIUM SPIKES: Restaurant meals are often high in sodium, which can contribute to the bloating feeling especially is you’re used to a lower-sodium diet like I am. A nice sweat session is my favorite way to release that excess sodium.
(3) CARBONATED DRINKS: Finally, the last oddity I found to bloat my bikini body belly was a soda. Carbonated drinks can cause gas to get trapped in the belly, so I quickly learned to avoid fizzy drinks. Instead, water with added cucumber, lemon or lime is a go-to refreshing alternative of mine!

This was a KILLER! I had to switch to a lower weight to be able to get in all three sets! 🙂
