Premium Challenge Pack: Week 4 Workouts

I’m really excited about this week’s workouts. I put them together with the goal of progression. If you’ve read the weight training manual at the beginning of my Weight Training Plans, you know I’m a big believer in ensuring every workout and every week we focus on progressing in some form. This is how we can strengthen and sculpt. 

This week, I focused on progression with exercises combinations/supersets that are a bit more challenging. I also encourage you to focus on progressing by increasing the weight you’re using this week. I’m really counting on you to do that.. even if it means you can only complete 12 reps when I suggest 15, go for it!

 

-CONFIDENCEKINI WEEK 4 SCHEDULE-

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

The workout of the day will be a weighted or cardio workout. We will use dumbbells, a kettlebell, cable machine (or a resistance band if working out at home) and a barbell (you can use dumbbells if you don’t have one, but I highly suggest purchasing a small barbell because they’re that good!)

AB PLAN 2.0
