Plyometrics (legs)
Giant Set #1
1. Skaters
2. Glute bridge, hold/squeeze at top
3. Jump squats
Giant Set #2
1. Alternating/twisting plyo box squats (right foot on plyo box squat down and jump up, twisting into a squat with left foot on plyo box, facing the other direction)
2. Step ups with glute kick back
3. Plyo box jump squats (jump up onto a high plyo box, jump or step down)
Giant Set #3
1. Star jumps
2. Plyo box jump squats
3. Glute kickbacks on hands/knees
*Each giant set is repeated 3-4 times before moving onto the next giant set
*Modify the reps for your skill level; when it comes to plyometrics, there is typically no/less weight, but much higher reps – I would recommend a MINIMUM of 20 reps for each movement
*A plyo box is not required – use an elevated surface, such as a chair, step, table, etc.
*NO GYM REQUIRED 🙂
