WEIGHT TRAINING PLAN (30 MIN) DETAILS:
- 8 weeks of weight training, cardio & ab workouts
- highly effective training method for sculpting and defining a fit body while losing fat
- 30 min edition… all workouts ~30mins (+options to create longer workouts)
- cardio add on options
- easy-to-follow photo demos of every exercise on the same page as the workouts
HOME VERSION: requires a set of dumbbells and resistance band
GYM VERSION: requires full gym equipment like barbells, smith machine, cable machine, leg press, dumbbells, etc.
My favorite thing about the plan is the workouts are just 30 minutes but sooo effective at achieving a fit and lean body. Plus, there are add on options to extend the workout. The workouts are the ideal combination of supersets/circuits and traditional weight training sets, making the plan as results-driven as possible!
