#LGFitmas Challenge: Week 5 Workout Schedule

Merry Christmas Week!

Saaaaanta Claussss is coming to town! He sees you when you’re working out. He knows when you’re eating right. He knows if you’ve been bad or good. You better be good for goodness sake 😉

Let’s focus on getting in our daily workout and sticking to our meals at the beginning of the week so we feel great about relaxing and indulging when the holiday festivities begin! Use these workouts and the LG Meal Plan guidelines to give yourself an energy boost to be present and enjoying every bit of this week!

Week 4 Fitness Schedule
MONDAY: Legs + Glutes
TUESDAY: HIIT Cardio + Abs
WEDNESDAY: Upper Body ((Back + Chest))
THURSDAY: Arms ((Biceps + Triceps))
^perfect if your holiday outfits are sleeveless to show off those #LGLadyGuns 😉
FRIDAY: Total Body HIIT
^just uses body weight as resistance for a quick and intense at-home holiday workout
