#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Week 5 Schedule + Meal Ideas

WEEK 5… there’s no stoppin’ us now!

Are you ready to STEP INSIDE? It’s a snapchat series turned tip of the day! All week long, you’ll be stepping inside my…. pantry, refrigerator, supplement cabinet, home gym and even my closet to see what keeps my health and fitness game strong! AND you’ll be sharing yours too ūüôā

FIT + LEAN:

As always here at LG, our workouts are broken down by targeting just 1 or 2 muscle groups per day. This approach ensure we are targeting those muscles effectively and causing muscle break down ((surprisingly… a good thing & how we see results))

For that reason, you’ll rarely see a total body workout here and we always like to wait at least 48 hours before training a muscle group again! Each workout this week will be just 35 minutes and you can do it from at home or in the gym!!

WEEK 5 FITNESS SCHEDULE:
Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Arms

Wednesday: Cardio + Core

Thursday: Shoulders + Glutes

Friday: Upper Body Circuit

Saturday: Steady State Cardio
Sunday: Yoga/Stretch/Fitness Class of Choice + Meal Prep

HEALTHY:
