HALF WAY DOWN, HALF WAY TO GO!
Can you believe you’ve already crushed 50% of this challenge?! If there was any doubt that you could make 2016 your fittest, leanest, happiest, healthiest year yet, you making it this far demolished any of those thoughts! And the great news, girl… we’re just getting warmed up!
Get ready for another week of strengthening, sculpting and defining! Also, if you’re interested to see what your year with LG has in store, I’m going to start snapchatting some behind the scenes stuff!

FIT + LEAN:
As always here at LG, our workouts are broken down by targeting just 1 or 2 muscle groups per day. This approach ensure we are targeting those muscles effectively and causing muscle break down ((surprisingly… a good thing & how we see results))
For that reason, you’ll rarely see a total body workout here and we always like to wait at least 48 hours before training a muscle group again! Each workout this week will be just 35 minutes and you can do it from at home or in the gym!!
WEEK 4 FITNESS SCHEDULE:
Wednesday: Cardio + Core
Thursday: Back + Glutes
Friday: Chest + Shoulders
Saturday: Steady State Cardio
Sunday: Yoga/Stretch/Fitness Class of Choice + Meal Prep
