Tasty Tuesday Tip: It’s my favorite day of the week here on LG.com because it’s all about FOOD! How do you feel about spice?? In case you couldn’t tell based on my obsession with flammin hot cheetos, I’m all about hot and spicy foods, but I’ve learned to love them even more for these reasons. First off, natural hot spices add amazing healthy flavor to meals without the excess sodium and sugar commonly found in other types of sauces and seasonings. Red pepper flakes, chili powder and hot peppers are some of my favorites! Also, when foods I love are filled with health benefits my tummy seems to love them even more. Hot peppers contain a compound called capsaicin that will help you see results for that fit and lean body!

3 Reasons Your Taste Buds & Body Will Love Hot Peppers
(1) CURBS CRAVINGS
Capsaicin affects the production of the thyroid hormone that controls adrenaline and dopamine, which regulate appetite. Try adding hot peppers to your meals and seeing how it helps you keep from overeating!
(2) INCREASES ENERGY
Capsaicin has a thermogenic effect, which has been shown to increase energy! Foods that naturally provide a kick of energy?! I’m down!
(3) IMPROVES DIGESTION
Capsaicin stimulates the production of digestive enzymes, which work to increase the efficiency of nutrient absorption throughout the gut.
If you’re looking for a meal with these benefits to get hooked on you’ve got to try today’s Tasty Tuesday recipe: Hot & Spicy Squash Noodles with Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Hubby and I add heat to almost everything! Our egg scramble in the morning always contains a hot pepper or tabasco – whichever is more convenient that morning. Thumbs up

For alternating curls is it 20 on each arm?

    • rachelle

Should I be doing 3 sets of however many reps of the same exercise and then switch to the next one and complete all 3 sets…. or do I move from exercise to exercise and go through the entire circuit 3 times?

  5. Elisabeth Heskett

You didn't specify how much weight…..

Before I join this challenge, I would like to know what size weight do you need to start with? I don't want to hurt myself.
