WARNING… this workout is tough. But, you’re tougher. In this leg and glute workout, you’ll compete 5 exercises in sequence with a small rest in between each movement. I’m suggesting you complete a total of 8 rounds but if you need to do less or take additional rest, do that! You know you best!
