…because I take enough post-workout selfies, so why not a pre-workout one! Worked out before the sun way up today. When I workout early in the morning, supersets are always my go to. They’re awesome for fatiguing the muscles as well as getting in your workout in a shorter amount of time. Today my workout was basically 5 supersets and I was feeling the burn!

Tip of the Day: Early morning workouts aren’t for everyone and they don’t have to be. For those of you who want to make morning workouts part of your routine, but lack the motivation, try my top tip: don’t think about it. When my alarm goes off, I don’t even think about it, I mindlessly get up and jump right into what I have to do to get ready. My routine may include eating a pre-workout meal, taking a pre-workout supplement, getting dressed, etc. The key to being able to do this is to prepare the night before by laying out everything you need. When I begin thinking about what I need to do next, I second guess if I have time for the morning workout or if I really want to go. Set yourself up so that you don’t have to think about it!

What is your pre workout supplement for an early am gym session? I never know what to have when I'm working out before breakfast.

Though this supplement is a little on the expensive side, but it helps building muscle mass and helps with your recovery time. Worth it if you've plateaued.
