Legs & Glutes – 3/17

-Bodyweight squats (warm up)

-Step ups on assisted pull up machine
-Barbell stiff legged dead lifts
     superset with barbell sumo dead lifts
-Leg press
-Smith machine reverse lunges
     superset with squats holding plate

-Bodyweight walking lunges (cool down)

Let’s get motivated on this wonderful Monday! Write now, take one minute to set an intention for the week. 1) Make it very clear and focused 2) Word your intention positively (ie: “I will” instead of “I will not”) 3) Write it down to make it official 4) Take action. For my Monday motivation, I turn to a super sweaty workout followed by a large breakfast =endorphins rushing =metabolism kick started
