Legs Circuit & Abs (Week of Fat Loss 3.0) – 5/26

Dumbbell Leg Circuit:
-Dumbbell squat jumps
-Dumbbell step ups
-Dumbbell curtsey lunges
-Dumbbell pop squats
….rest & repeat _x

Barbell Circuit:
-Barbell deadlifts
-Barbell walking lunges
-Barbell good mornings
-Barbell glute bridges
….rest & repeat _x

Abs:
-Hanging leg raises
     superset with plank
-Bicycle crunches
     superset with right side plank
          superset with left side plank

This exercise isn’t in today’s workout, but it’s one of my favorite exercises to isolate the glutes & there are so many great variation!

closer. One of my tricks to consistently eating clean (other than
enjoying in moderation) is fooling myself that the healthy foods I’m
eating are an indulgence. For instance, instead of ordering a thick
crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese (my mouth is watering), I will
make a “pizza” on a brown rice tortilla. It’s so good – I seriously
think I’m eating a pizza. These are the types of meals I include on my
meal plan. If you’re not enjoying healthy living, try changing your
approach.
