LEGS + BUTT WORKOUT

What better way to kick off the Fall Challenge than with a leg and butt workout. After all, the training focus for this challenge is all about those glutes!

MY TRAINING RECOMMENDATION: instead of completing today’s blog workout, substitute it with the Week 1 Lower Body Strength workout found in your Glute Guide

TRAINING TIPS:

  • Some of these movements are completed on a set/rep basis while others are supersets. Read the light blue text for that clarification.
  • The goal of this workout is to create a challenge through using heavy weight; pick a weight that forces you to struggle around the last few reps of the suggested rep range
