Legs – 10/4

Legs:
-stuff legged dumbbell deadlifts (lighter weight, ease into it)
-barbell squats (heavy weight)
-barbell box squats (slow on the way down, explode on the way up)
     -superset with backwards diagonal squats using resistance band
-dumbbell one legged lunges with back foot on bench
-leg extensions

NOTE: superset involves going right from barbell box squats to the backwards diagonal squats then resting = 1 set; complete 3-4 sets total

Backwards diagonal squats using resistance band – keep your weight in your heels and your chest up. Keep the movements very slow and get low into the squat.

What I find when I open my laptop after my mom has been here – she is too cute! I had a wonderful weekend with my family in town.
