Woohoo Week 4. With each passing week of Fitmas, our schedules are seeming to get busier than ever! If you find yourself off track, don’t let your mind fool you… it’s okay! Gently remind yourself how much you love healthy living, being active, and looking and feel your best. You really do love this. Add in your workouts and nutritious meals not because you have to, but because you enjoy it! It’s totally find to find yourself outside of your game plan. You will find your workout of the day right here every AM… swing by LaurenGleisberg.com each day for that. Workouts are posted at midnight, so those working out in the early morning will have them available.
