WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
Gym: full gym equipment (barbells, cables, bench, dumbbells, machines)
Home: dumbbells, resistance bands, bench/step
*you’ll receive both versions so you can workout at home, in the gym or switch back and forth
 
WHAT IS THE FITMAS CHALLENGE BUNDLE?
