February 2014 Gym Jam Workout Playlist

About a year a go I posted “Gym Jams – What’s on my iPod” which turned out to be quite a popular post, and I certainly understand why. I find my music playlist totally makes my workout. I’m all about a beat and some bass; I like a combination of old and new songs. My problem is that my love of my music playlist grows and grows, but quickly comes to a screeching halt. So, how about a monthly workout playlist post?! Shall we? We shall!

The lyrics of this song are so incredibly empowering and the fast pace keeps me going and going! We all have influences – whether they be people, places, or things – that hold us back. BUT we are all capable of breaking free from those restraints, taking our lives into our control, and creating a life worth living and loving! Keep that flame within you ignited!
