FALL CHALLENGE COUNTDOWN PREVIEW WEEK: Day 1

The countdown is officially ON for the Fall Challenge! This 5 week fitness, food and lifestyle challenge features effective 30 minute workouts each day, delicious weekly meal menus, accountability prizes and more.

The challenge launches in ONE WEEK and until then, I am sharing preview workouts to countdown to the launch. The Fall Challenge has both an upgraded and free version.
