    I purchased your ebook over the weekend. I downloaded it a few times over the weekend on my phone in an attempt to read it while I was out of town. I intended to save it today when I got home to my actual desktop computer. Unfortunately, when I attempted to do so today, I was advised that I had exceeded my download. Please help!     Hi Lauren! I have been working out for several months now. I usually do a workout from your blog, but I am looking for a more consistent routine. I am about five pounds from my goal weight so I would like to cut fat while also defining my muscles. I have been going back and forth about whether I should get 30×30 or total body transformation. Do you have any advice on which one would work best for me? Thanks 🙂

    Hi Lauren, I purchased the Total Body Transformation but when I download the book it comes up as the Eat your way lean book (which I already have). Can you help with this? I even double checked my invoice to make sure that I selected the TBT ebook and not the Eat your way lean.

    Hi Lauren, just purchased your nutrition e-book and I am super excited to get started. You mention that you eat 5 meals a day and I am wondering if you mean 5 main meals or 3 main ones with 2 snacks in between. Would be great to get some clarification on this or maybe even a "sample eating day" sent to those who purchased the e-book or included in the next version. Thanks! 😀

    Hey Lauren!
    I started the Seven Day Kick Start yesterday and it feels like so much food! I feel like I am stuffing myself to eat all of it and then I feel bloated and big. I'm worried about gaining weight because I am increasing my caloric intake so much. Will this pass after the first few days?? But all the food is delicious which is great!! 🙂

    I have to say that I think the 7 Day Nutrition Kickstart is incredibly unrealistic. You market these programs for the busy woman in a time crunch, yet every single meal is something new to cook. That's 5 meals a day for 7 days that you need to make something new! Sure most of them are fast to put together, but it still eats up your time ! Plus, this is not realistic for people who are not at home all the time! We're busy–we don't have the time to come home to make these things, or make it ALL in the morning, because again, that's probably at least 3 different meals you have to throw together and bring with you! To be successful with this you have to be literally glued to your kitchen cooking, eating, and then waiting to make your next meal. You'd have to have a week where you're doing absolutely nothing in order to follow this guide. It's just ridiculous and unrealistic and I feel like I wasted my money buying that portion of the program.
