Cardio Day 9/16

Cardio: H.I.I.T.
-5min warm up
-20 min intervals (sprint, rest, jump-rope, rest)
-5min cool down/stretching

TIP OF THE DAY: Think beyond tomorrow. We are people who need instant gratification, but that is not how diet and exercise work. One bad meal and a missed workout will not make you thighs jiggle by the evening, just as one healthy meal and a good workout will not give you a six pack tomorrow. The key is consistency; make every meal, every workout, every day count and results will come… maybe not next week, or the week after, but hang in there are you will not be disappointed!

When it’s 8am on Saturday & Sunday and you’re in the gym it may not feel worth it, but it is – keep your eye on the prize!
