Cardio Day (Elliptical)
-3 min light-moderate intensity (warm up)
-25min HIIT
-2 min inclined “jog”
-45sec noninclined “sprint”
-45sec noninclined “walk”
-3 min light-moderate intensity (cool down)
*You be the judge as to how high to set the incline & what a walk/jog/sprint means to you; push yourself, but don’t feel the need to fit anyone elses’ mold as to what those terms mean to them!
TIP OF THE DAY: Mondays are so essential to getting off to a great start of a great week. A lot of health & fitness related progress is mental; you can actually prohibit or promote your own progress just with you mind. When you slip up (diet or workout), you think you will continue down that bad path. On the flip side, when you get off you a great start, you are more likely to think that will continue. Be sure to get this Monday started right: get in all those healthy meals & get to the gym to have a great workout!
Monday Motivation: Happy Monday! Despite any obstacles you may be facing this
week, use the strength you know you have to get through whatever life
throws at you: refuse to sink⚓ Remember those last few reps you didn’t
think you could get but you did? Remember that last minute spent running
on the treadmill you didn’t think you would survive but you did? You
are stronger than you think! Go have a great week!

How many calories do you eat per day? Also, how many meals/ snacks?
If you type "daily diet" into the search box on here, you can see what I eat in a given day; I also have diet tips on my youtube channel (FitnessBarbieALRI).
I eat anywhere between 1600-2000 calories depending upon if I'm looking to gain muscle or cut down. I stick to around 6 small meals per day
