Cardio (treadmill):
-3min walking (warm up)
-25min HIIT
1min sprint
30 sec chassé (side skips), L foot forward
30 sec chassé (side skips), R foot forward
1 min walk
-3min walking (cool down)
TIP OF THE DAY: When it comes to cardio, get in the mindset of making it a competition: you vs. the treadmill, you vs. the jumprope, you vs. the elliptical, etc. One of the reasons I love wearing a hat to the gym is because it helps me mentally get in the zone & tune everyone & everything else out. Allow yourself to get into the zone & focus. Use your workout to clear your mind & better your well being!
I should have opted for steady-state cardio today to better allow my legs to rest, but I just couldn’t force myself to do it. My love of sprinting is overwhelming & I can’t help it press that + speed button… yes, I’m crazy 😉
Song of the Day: 99 Problems -Jay Z
“I got 99 problems, but a BODY ain’t one”
So
that’s not exactly how the song goes, but that is how I sung it in my
head today 😉 First off, I don’t wish any of you problems: certainly not
99. However, don’t let your body be a problem in your life. Take care
of your body through healthy eating & exercise so that your thoughts
do not consist of negativity towards your body image!

I absolutely love your workouts!! I did this cardio yesterday and I was dripping in sweat! Thank you so much for sharing them with everyone! Also I'm going on vacation in 3 weeks and I've been Doing my best to eat clean for the past month and follow your workouts. I have already lost 6 lbs!! and i wanted to ask u if there Is anything extra I can do to make my workouts more intense or supplements I can take to try to shred a couple more pounds and lean out a lil more before my vacation!!! I've heard that avoiding all sugars including fruit for a couple of weeks could help. Do you recommend that?
Thank you again for inspiring all of us and helping us get our dream body!!!
Hi there – aw great I'm glad that workout kicked your booty 😉
Vacation…EXCITING! Supplement wise, there isn't anything I can recommend to give you a "quick fix" so to speak. BUT if you can stick super tight to your healthy meal plan for these next 3 weeks I guarantee you will see results. Also, be sure to get in lots of water prior so you won't be bloated. As for fruits, I suggest limiting them into the evening, but no need to cut them out all together!
Hope this helps 🙂
