Cardio Day – Treadmill
-5min walking (warm up)
-25min HIIT
45sec sprint
45sec chassé with right foot forward
45sec chassé with left foot forward
1min walking
…repeat
-5min walking (cool down)
*Chassés are basically side skips; they are a little tricky to master on the treadmill so feel free to hand onto the railings until you get comfortable with them. Face left, moving with your right foot forward then switch to facing the opposite direction, facing right with your left foot forward.

AM workout = hot mess express 😉
300cals in under 35min is not bad! I don’t let the quality of my workout be determined by burned cals, but this workout surely got my heart pumping! Hello HIIT cardio 🙂
