Workout Wednesday Tip: Hit the HIIT today! Not everyone agrees with working out on holidays, but hear me out as to why I suggest it. One word: endorphins! Endorphins are known as the “happy hormone” and are released in response to exercise. There are two things I hope for on eventful days in my life: that I’m having fun and that I’m feeling good ((and I wish the same for everyone around me)). Endorphins act on the body to produce feelings of pleasure. So, why not use a workout to give you added energy and excitement for your celebration?! My tip is to workout first thing in the morning or even before the rest of the house gets up; this way very little time is taken away from the eventful day.
Day 32 Challenge: (( AGUA )) Today is all about H20: sweat it out and drink it up! Share with the #LGAccountability community how you’re making water a big part of your day.
