-Wide grip barbell curls
-Close grip barbell curls

Triceps:
-Reverse grip cable pushdowns

Tip of the Day: A healthy mind is the foundation for a healthy body and a healthy life. You need a solid foundation to build a beautiful home on. Similarly, a strong mind will help you achieve your life goals. I want to share 3 simple things you can do to help with this:
1) Be thankful 
Sometimes we focus so much on the things we want that we lose sight of all the wonderful things we already have. Take a few moments each day to stop and be grateful for the greatness you have in your life. The attitude of gratitude is a practice that becomes habit and changes your mindset.
2) Set intentions 
When we want to work on a particular area of our lives, it can be helpful to set an intention for the day or week. For instance, just the other week,  I practiced being present. When you keep this idea in the front of your mind, you can more easily improve it in your everyday life.
3) MAKE time for yourself 
Whether you’re a mother, loving significant other, giving friend, etc., you know what it’s like to put others before yourself. You may not have time, but you need to make time for yourself to be the best version of you. Reading a book, taking a relaxing bath, getting a manicure, are all great ways to show yourself some self-love.
