Until that kicks off, I am putting together weekly fitness schedules for us to have some fitness fun and get ahead start on the upcoming challenge. Follow along and have fun choosing your daily workout from the suggestions below.

SUNDAY

Targeted Muscles: Rest

Daily Suggestions: Sundays are a great time to rest, recharge and get ready for the week ahead. Spend some quality time with yourself and your family today. If possible, create some goals and plans for the week for a well-prepared Monday.

MONDAY
