Beauty + Booty Challenge: Week 2 Schedule

We are one week into this booty burnin’ blast of a challenge! I’m proud of you for being here… as the excitement of starting a new fitness plan wears off, the reality of the commitment to health as a lifestyle kicks in. From here on out, remember this is a marathon not a sprint. If you fall down, brush it off and get back up. A bad day does not define you. Keep pushing. There’s a reason you’re here… you’re destined for a happy, healthy life and I’m here to help you on that journey! Cheers to a great week!

Week 2 Reminders:
SUNDAY SCHEDULE: every Sunday, you will see a schedule like the one below. These aren’t the actual workouts. Rather, this is a schedule overview for planning purposes so you can see what we are up to each week. I’ve also created a printer-friendly version of the schedule for you to download!
DAILY WORKOUTS: your daily workouts will be posted every day at midnight, so you’ll have them early in the AM. Swing by LaurenGleisberg.com in the morning for your workout!
Premium Challenge Pack – if you upgraded yourself this challenge, today (every Sunday), you’ll receive the weekly workouts + cardio add on plan ahead of time via email!
