Back, Biceps, Rear Delts & Cardio (Week 8) – 12/24

Hope you loved yesterday’s workout! This is a challenging workout, but push through to complete it 100% then go and get ready for Santa Clause to come 😉
Why are you living a healthy life?! Working out on Christmas Eve made me realize just how much I love working out, eating healthy, and overall just bettering myself. As I walked out of the gym, an employee joked, “I’m sure you will be workout out on Christmas too” – the fact that it’s a holiday does not phase me. I live a healthy lifestyle because it’s who I am, what I enjoy, and what I want to be. I don’t keep this up for superficial reasons and that’s why it’s lasted for me.
