Back & Biceps 8/20

Back & Biceps:
-lat pulldown
-pull ups
-deadlift
-bent over cable rows, close grip
-straight bar cable pushdown
-dumbbell curls (supinating)
-dumbbell hammer curls
-incline dumbbell curls

 

TIP OF THE DAY: Having a gym membership or owning a piece of cardio equipment will not provide you the body you want. You must be willing to put in the work! Don’t make working out the enemy; make is a normal part of your day and use it as a tool to enhance your life and well-being.
