TIP OF THE DAY: Training tip! When doing bent over barbell rows, it is extremely important to keep proper form. It all begins with a strong core; when bent over, be sure to keep your tummy tight and drawn in – never let you back arch. Keep feet hip-width apart and place hands on bar a little wider than shoulder width. Using your back muscles, draw the bar towards your stomach, keeping the bar close to your body throughout the entire motion!
