Daily Dose of Motivation: Oh, just another day in the office 😉 Do what you love and do it well! I never would have thought a passion of mine would transpire into a business and an opportunity to connect with thousands of other health and fitness junkies on a daily basis. I’ve heard a lot of self-made success stories and often heard these people share those infamous words, “it could be you too.” We all discount ourselves, myself included. Change that! Think you can! Believe you can! Go make it possible!

Throwback: Throwback in honor of the upcoming Olympia weekend! This was the 2011 Mr. Olympia when I worked my first booth at the Mr. Olympia expo and attended the show (2nd row – an awesome experience in itself). At this point in my health journey, I was regularly exercising for 5 years, but following a restricted calorie diet, an excess cardio regimen, and had little interest in the fitness industry. For those of you who are unfamiliar, the Mr. Olympia is the “superbowl” of fitness/bodybuilding shows. Choosing to leave the supplement industry was such a bittersweet decision; I’ve met some awesome people through working these shows, but I couldn’t be happier with the platform I have as a blogger to share in health and fitness knowledge and promoting using healthy living as means to attaining confidence and happiness.

Hi Lauren!
I just recently graduated college with a psych degree, was planning on working with children, tried a couple jobs out that were psych related and am now realizing maybe it's not my thing. Kind of a bummer seeing as though I thought this what I was suppose to be doing in life… and now i'm not too sure. I do know that I would like to help others. I am currently studying to get certified as a personal trainer next month because I really enjoy helping others and promoting healthy living.
I really look up to you and your accomplishments. I just want to let you know that you truly push me to want to do better and strive in life. I commend you on maintaining your drive and never looking back. I have a big problem with that, but hope to change that and hope to be successful in whatever I end up doing in life. I just wish I knew for sure what the right path is for me! Anyways, keep up the great work! Any advice would be appreciated!
Jess
