Arms Circuit

Dollar a Day Training: On today’s downloadable workout version is specified cardio movements for the 1 minute cardio interval (one is my new favorite), weight recommendations and reps. I also added some of my personal training tips for how I get the most out of the above movements (ie: how I position my feet, grip the dumbbell and barbell, etc.).
