Arms – 6/22

Arms (biceps & triceps)
Biceps:
-inclined dumbbell curls
-EZ bar cable curls
-high cable curls with handle attachement
     -superset with resistance band curls

Triceps:
-assisted dips
-cable rope overhead tricep extensions
     -superset with triangle push ups
-cable rope extensions

-15min boxing

TIP OF THE DAY: One of my favorite sayings and one of the ideas behind my blog is “when you feel good, you look good and when you look good, you feel good. I’m a firm believer in using health and fitness as a platform to improve your overall sense of self-love and confidence. If you are in this only to improve your outer appearance, you missing out on a huge benefit of healthy living. As your body begins to change, take note of the changes inside as well. You may find that the problems don’t change, but how you handle them does. Learn to feel better and better about yourself and the decisions you make!

Barbie Post: I’ve shared my love of shellac before especially for you ladies who are rough on your nails and lift a lot! I rarely get manicures or pedicures – ain’t no one got time for that 😉 However, shellacs are the perfect no chip option! I wanted to share what my French shellac (the best long-lasting option) looked like after THREE WEEKS – it’s certainly not the prettiest close up but with French, the outgrowth is almost impossible to notice.
Out with the old & in with the new…

    I just had my first Shellacs done 2 weeks ago & am completely inlove with them! the french looks so professional & I'm not at all paranoid about chipping them, EVER!!
