Biceps:
-inclined dumbbell curls
-EZ bar cable curls
-high cable curls with handle attachement
-superset with resistance band curls
Triceps:
-assisted dips
-cable rope overhead tricep extensions
-superset with triangle push ups
-cable rope extensions
-15min boxing
TIP OF THE DAY: One of my favorite sayings and one of the ideas behind my blog is “when you feel good, you look good and when you look good, you feel good. I’m a firm believer in using health and fitness as a platform to improve your overall sense of self-love and confidence. If you are in this only to improve your outer appearance, you missing out on a huge benefit of healthy living. As your body begins to change, take note of the changes inside as well. I just had my first Shellacs done 2 weeks ago & am completely inlove with them! the french looks so professional & I'm not at all paranoid about chipping them, EVER!!
