Week 2, we’re ready for you! Welcome back after a long, holiday weekend. I hope you’re heart is full of love and memories and that belly is full of delicious food. As we head into this week, let’s remind ourselves that we’re in this for a lasting, healthy lifestyle. We don’t need to worry about making up for excess food or missed workouts. That’s all a part of the lifestyle. Enjoy all that you did and ate these past few days and get excited for what’s coming this week! You’ve got this, girl!

Where will the workout of the day be? Is it emailed to me?

You will find your workout of the day right here every AM… swing by LaurenGleisberg.com each day for that. Workouts are posted at midnight, so those working out in the early morning will have them available. Premium Challenge Pack chicks will receive the week of workouts emailed to them directly every Sunday AM
