-barbell curls
-superset with seated dumbbell hammer curls
-incline dumbbell bicep curls
Triceps:
-lying single arm dumbbell extensions
-one arm pushdowns with handle attachment (normal grip)
-one arm pushdowns with handle attachement (reverse grip)
-overhead dumbbell extensions
