-flat bench dumbbell fly
-superset with push ups
Triceps:
-straight bar cable pushdowns
-lying dumbbell tricep extensions
-dumbbell kickbacks
-supetset with bench dips
TIP OF THE DAY: “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” When I first heard that quote, I definitely had to think about it for a few seconds, but found it to be so true! We are all busy people, but it’s all about how we plan our days that dictate how much we get done! More than workouts, the best thing you can plan in your day is your meals! When you have a day’s meals planned out and even prepped, you are much less tempted to reach for the unhealthy food or swing through a fast-food drive through. It may take several hours, but preparing meals for a day will get you one step closer to your goals! Tonight was a major food prep night for me as my spring semester (final undergrad semester – yay) begins tomorrow!
