This is the first program I’ve created from a personal
struggle. I’m very open that my story is not one of a before and after picture;
I’m just an average girl trying to stay fit and lean, while enjoying life.

experimented with all different types of weight training styles, HIIT cardio vs
steady state, various food items, etc., and through this, I started seeing how

minimal equipment as your body weight serves as resistance for most of the
movements. What is needed is a set of dumbbells, a jump rope, some sort of
bench/box/aerobic step/chair, and a timer (phone timer or app works just fine).

you’ll need a timer to ensure the workouts are really just 30 minutes. High
intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are proven to be the most effective
fat burning workouts; the beauty of HIIT style is that the workouts are
typically 30 minutes or less and have results greater than longer workout
styles. Also, there are 30 workouts, so if you need a rest day, you can simply
put the program on pause, take a day off from working out, and pick up where
you left off!

Hey there!
I'm debating between your gym book and the new one. Which would you recommend? I need something to help me shed fat and to help me gain strength/endurance as I train for a half marathon.
Also – when you say 30 days of work outs, does that mean you are working out 7 days per week, or are there still rest days built in?

Total Body Transformation (gym) ebook is what I consider a foundation for getting started with the fit life as it is 12 weeks of workouts that build in intensity. It is a weight training based program to increase lean muscle, lose fat, and to overall get fit and feel healthy. 30×30 Fat Loss Shred has the sole purpose of fat reduction – workouts include plyometrics (squat jumps, high jump, other explosive movements), some weights, body weight resistance exercises, steady state cardio, and more. If you're doing a cardio routine (ie: half marathon training) and looking to supplement with weight training, then I would suggest Total Body Transformation.
Also, there are 30 workouts. Rest days can be taken as need, putting the program on pause and picking up where you left off. With only 30 days/30 workouts, I didn't want to short you all by adding in 8 days of no workouts lol.

If I, used to weightlifting do you think I will still build muscle with this? I do need to shred some fat!

The goal of this program is to help reduce overall body fat. I have two other ebooks that are more weight training intensive, which are great options for those looking to gain lean muscles. However, if you're goals are purely fat loss, I would suggest 30×30 Fat Loss Shred 🙂

Lauren- love the 30×30 ebook thank you! Started with workout#1 yesterday and plan to do #2 tonight! I have a question/request about the food. I can occasionally plan ahead but most of the time I just don't have time to make extensive meals during the day with my work schedule (Plus I'm a terrible cook so I consider fish tacos for lunch extensive!). Anyway- any chance you could give an example of a super low maintenance daily food plan that still meets all the daily macro needs? Things like very easy sandwiches/wraps, fruit, nut butter, yogurt, ect…very grab and go type items….at least until dinner? I would SO appreciate it. And thanks again for the ebook- really learning a lot!
